Introduction to Executive / Close Protection Officer

This course is designed to cover the fundamental skills and procedures required to provide personal protection to executives in the corporate setting, private high net individuals and celebrities, and private family members in need of professional protection services. This one day introduction course is intended for full range of student interest, from entry level security guards to working practitioners. It serves as a detailed introduction to the executive protection profession to anyone who is interested to learn about the executive protection profession.


Course instructor: Albert Timen

Albert Timen Albert Timen is a veteran Israeli Special Operations Group and a world class Tactical and Combat Shooting Instructor. Albert Timen brings over 20 years of active service in special operations with tactical and security training from various duties he carried along this career. He has served as an undercover operator in one of the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) Counter Terrorism Special Units, Police S.W.A.T. unit, tactical firearms and operational (S.W.A.T.) instructor at the Israeli National Police Academy. Albert Timen is also the recipient of the Chief of Staff Award for successfully arresting a "live" suicide bomber, strapped with explosives ready to detonate. He also received the Distinguished Service Award and numerous commendations for his actions in the line of duty. Albert Timen is a Master Firearms Instructor with a vast experience in the Military, Police, Government and private sector training. Albert Timen is the President of the International Security Instructors and also serves as the director of the training operations for the KAPAP Academy Law Enforcement Training Division
